Orders are typically made and ready to ship within 3–5 business days (unless noted otherwise). Good things take a little time.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on carrier timing and location.
Tracking information is sent as soon as your order leaves the alley.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Not yet.
Right now we ship within the U.S. while we grow and keep things running smoothly. International shipping may sneak into the alley later.
ARE YOUR ITEMS MASS PRODUCED?
Never.
Every piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in small batches. Fabrics rotate often, which means if you see something you love, don’t wait too long.
WILL THERE BE CAT HAIR ON MY ORDER?
We try our best… but a shop run under feline supervision comes with certain risks.
(We’re joking — all items are handmade and packaged in a clean workspace. Reze mostly supervises while napping.)
